Online presentations of RISA software
Once you’ve registered for the webinar, you will receive an email inviting you to the presentation. To avoid problems, it’s recommended that you join the webinar five minutes before it is scheduled to start.
Just click the link from this email to connect to the webinar:

You can access the audio portion of the webinar using your telephone or your computer.
You can call-in from the phone number on the email or you will be prompted once you’ve logged into the webinar.
Just dial the phone number and follow the instructions:

Click on Computer Headset to expand this dialog and then click on Call Using the Computer. You will need to make sure your computer has speakers or headphones in order to hear the presentation. You will not need a microphone for the webinar. It is also recommended that you have a high-speed internet connection in order to use the Computer Audio.

During the webinar if you have any questions, you can click on the ? Button on the toolbar shown below. This toolbar will be available once the presentation has begun.

Make sure to select the Host & Presenter or All Panelists. You can type your question into the box and click on Send to send the question to the Host. All the questions and answers will be posted on the website after the webinar.
