RISA-3D Integration
RISA-3D is the heart of the RISA Building System, integrating with six other RISA programs to offer a complete structural solution.
RISAFloor + RISA-3D + RISAFoundation
RISAFloor designs a building quickly with a graphical interface that allows you to lay out your columns, beams and walls floor-by-floor.
The integration between RISAFloor and RISA-3D allows you to design the gravity system in RISAFloor and take the lateral system into RISA-3D to design for wind and earthquake loads.
All the reactions from the gravity and lateral members are brought into RISAFoundation for design of the footings, slabs and grade beams.
RISA-3D + RISAFoundation
The integration between RISA-3D and RISAFoundation allows you to use your base reactions from any RISA-3D model to design mat slabs, combined foundations, spread footings and grade beams.
RISA-3D + RISATower
In RISATower you can build a complex geometry tower or monopole quickly with all the tower loading automatically applied. The integration from RISATower to RISA-3D allows you the freedom to add additional structures beyond the tower such as candelabras. With the model in RISA-3D, you can view your tower using the powerful RISA-3D graphical interface. RISA-3D can check the tower for international steel codes as well as perform a dynamic analysis.
RISA-3D + RISA-2D
Model a component of your structure such as a frame or truss within RISA-2D. You can then import your 2D structural component into RISA-3D and add additional members to create the full model. Append multiple 2D components to create a complex structure.
RISA-3D + RISAFoot
The integration between RISA-3D and RISAFoot allows you to design your spread footings in the same model as your super structure. The reactions from your supports are automatically applied to the footings. Design rectangular or square footings including the pedestal design.
RISA-3D + RISASection
The integration between RISA-3D and RISASection allows you to bring built-up sections into your RISA-3D model (even multi-materials!) and solve for accurate forces and stresses.
RISAFloor Integration
RISAFloor integrates with both RISA-3D and RISAFoundation to provide a complete building solution.
